Our Principal and teacher of Religion and Math for grades K– 8th, Annette Rudick, grew up in Lansing, Michigan.  She has served in Lutheran schools for twenty-one years, the last six of which have been served here at Grace Lutheran School of Auburn.  She has been on our faculty since 2004.  Miss Rudick graduated and received her teaching degree from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1989.

She received her first Call into the teaching ministry from Faith Lutheran in Hialeah, Florida where she taught for 8 years at several grade levels from kindergarten – 8th grades.  She then received a Call to Christ Lutheran in East Point, Georgia where she taught for 3 years in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.  Her next Call was to St. Johns in Adrian, MI where she served 4 years as kindergarten /1st grade teacher.  The last two years in Adrian she also served as Lead Teacher in the absence of a principal.  In 2004 she received the call to Grace, Auburn to serve as Kindergarten/1st/2nd grade teacher.  She has served in that position until assuming the duties of Principal in 2010.

Miss Rudick specializes in, and has extensive experience in, multi-grade settings which is ideal for our school.  The students of Grace School continue to be provided with a quality Christian education as they have received for fifty years now.  Students will continue to receive an education that will well prepare them for secondary school and into their adult lives.  Christ is taught as part of every subject and students are guided to see how Christ is present in all aspects of their lives.

We are blessed to have the teaching aptitudes, energies, work ethic and Christian dedication which Annette Rudick employs for the stability and future of Lutheran primary education here at Grace.
